Peace on Earth

All Domenic Johansson really wants for Christmas is his life back.

He lost it about two-and-a-half years ago, on an airport runway in Sweden, where he was waiting to take off with his parents for their new home in his mother’s native India. Swedish officials – with no warrant and with no evidence of a crime – boarded the aircraft and forcibly took the then-nine-year-old child away.

Family of State-napped Swedish Child Savors Small Victory

Christer and Annie Johansson have won a small but hopeful victory in their quest to regain custody of their nine-year-old son Domenic who was taken from them over 2 years ago in a dramatic raid while the family was seated on an airliner departing the Nordic country. Ruby Harrold-Claesson, the couple’s attorney, reported to HSLDA that the Gotland District Court ruled in favor of the Johanssons, allowing them to retain their parental rights of Domenic.

Family of 'state-napped' child beats social services

A judge has handed defeat to a social services agency that dispatched police officers to an India-bound jetliner more than two years ago to take into custody a 7-year-old boy because he was being homeschooled.

Word of the victory – that the government is not allowed to terminate the rights of the boy's parents – comes from Ruby Harrold-Claesson, president of the Nordic Human Rights Council.

Harrold-Claesson, who also has been reinstated as the representative for the parents months after she was removed on the objections of the Gotland, Sweden, social services agency, said it's a hopeful sign in the long-running custody dispute over Domenic Johansson, now 10.

Gotland Court Refuses to Hear Transfer of Custody In the Case of Domenic Johansson

We've received news today that Gotland Courts have refused to grant a hearing on the transfer of custody of now 10 year old Domenic Johansson from his parents and to foster parents. During a December 9th preliminary hearing, the Johanssons and representatives of Gotland Social Services were asked to present evidence supporting or refuting the need for custody transfer. After reviewing all the evidence, news was recieved today that the presiding judge has determined there was not enough evidence suggesting Annie and Christer Johansson should permanently lose the custody of their son. To the best of our knowledge, this is the very first time in the 2.5 years of this battle, where the Johanssons were finally allowed representation in court by an attorney of their choosing, Ruby Harrold-Claesson.

NÄR ska Dominic få leva med sina föräldrar igen ???

Parental Love Forbidden: Family Affection Inappropriate in the Swedish Social Paradise

It hardly seems believable, and I refused to believe it was true until I came across more and more examples of it, but I'm afraid to say that the Orwellian '1984' Nightmare has already come to Sweden. It wasn't noticed by the population because it was introduced to the public in small increments and not by sudden (and sometimes violent) change. But it's a fact. It's official. Public displays of affection by parents and children to one another is "INAPPROPRIATE". Welcome back to the Marxist Gulag.

Sverige kan inte fortsätta tiga om denna obeskrivligt grymma historia. Det handlar om en pojke, som på grund av socialtjänstens godtycke och maktfullkomlighet, tagits från sina väl fungerande föräldrar.
